1. Delivery Policy
- Orders will be dispatched within 3 days of confirmation.
- Delivery is expected within 7 to 9 days from the dispatch date.
- We use third-party courier services for shipping, and Protein365 is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues caused by the shipping provider.
- In case of unexpected delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee expedited resolutions.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
- If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately.
3. Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only in genuine cases, such as:
- Receiving a damaged or defective product.
- Receiving an incorrect product different from what was ordered.
- Returns will not be accepted for opened, used, or tampered products.
- Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
